Pico de Gallo Recipe

Ingredients -

  • 3 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro, coarsley chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced finely
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

Prepare all ingredients by chopping or dicing accordingly. Place all ingredients in a bowl adding the salt, garlic and lemon juice last and mix well. This is a salsa served with all ingredients in raw form and in a coarsley chopped manner. Great on fish, chicken or even as a dip for tortilla chips.
