Ingredients -
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1/8 tablespooh dried minced garlic
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can diced green chile peppers
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, saute the onion in the oil until tender. Add in cilantro, cocoa powder, cumin and garlic. Stir in the green peppers and tomato soup, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and let simmer 10 minutes covered. Pour over chicken or other food and serve.
