Ingredients -
- 4 California or Haas avocados (ripe)
- 1 tomato diced
- 2 medium size limes
- 1/2 cup of diced white onion
- 1 to 2 bunches of cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced Jalepeno peppers
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Slice each avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the avocado meat into a bowl. Completely squeeze one lime into the bowl. I personally cut tomato in half and squeeze out some of seeds and juice, then dice. Add in cilantro, tomato, onion and Jalepeno peppers. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining lime juice and salt to your preference.
